Intelligent Robotics Center

  The Intelligent Robotics Center started its operation in 2015 with the support of European Union funds. The center is located in the halls of the Department of Informatics of the Faculty of Economics and Informatics and provides infrastructure for research areas such as eto-robotics, human-machine connection (intelligent space), machine-machine connection, cooperation of different robotic systems, 2D autonomous navigation, 3D modeling and reconstruction, development of unmanned robotic vehicle systems, etc. The cloud-based “Big Data” data center belonging to the Intelligent Robotics Center serves the center’s data storage and processing needs, and also defines an independent research direction.
The current head of the Intelligent Robotics Center is István Gubo, RNDr., PhD., assistant professor at the Department of Informatics at SJE GIK.
